Q0100:00:30Service
Festival and experiential agency website design has to serve ticket buyers, sponsors and press from the same site without making any of them dig, which means separating those paths clearly rather than funneling everyone through one generic page.
What it costs
Q0200:02:00Casting
Answer: Festival producers, brand activation and experiential agencies whose site has to serve ticket buyers, sponsors, press and brand clients at once. We see the most competition in festival markets such as Florida, California and New York, where several events compete for the same sponsors and weekends.

Q0300:04:00Notes
Sponsors keep asking for the same deck because there is no sponsorship page.
The site slowed down the week tickets went on sale.
Press cannot find a logo, fact sheet or contact without emailing you.
Last year's lineup and dates are still on the home page.
Q0400:06:00Detail
A ticket buyer wants dates, lineup and pricing. A sponsor wants tiers and audience data. Press wants facts and downloadable assets. The design routes each to a dedicated page from the home page and header, instead of forcing all three through one "about" page.

A sponsorship page with tiers and benefits
A press and media kit page with a downloadable one-sheet
Q0500:08:00Detail
Interest concentrates hard in the weeks and days before the event. Pages are custom coded and served from Cloudflare's global edge with unmetered bandwidth, so the design holds up under a surge instead of slowing down exactly when the most people are visiting.
Q0600:10:00Detail
Festivals and experiential events run on vendor and partner relationships that are easy to lose track of on social media alone. A dedicated page keeps current partners visible and gives prospective ones a clear way to reach out.
Q0700:12:00Deliverables
Answer: the finished, hosted website below, built for you and then kept up to date every month.
Linking out to your ticketing platform of choice.
Tiers and benefits, with pricing shown or gated by inquiry as you prefer.
Facts, photos and a downloadable one-sheet for journalists.
Keeping current relationships visible and inviting new ones.
Organized by year, for returning attendees and new sponsors alike.
Unmetered bandwidth and edge delivery included, no scaling plan needed.

Our old event production briefs routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.
Got: Inquiry assignment and staff handover for event production briefs (Load-In)
We suspected our event production briefs content existed in two versions. The audit found more. Consolidation came with a checklist, so a change in one place is checked everywhere it matters. It is the least glamorous work they did, and possibly the most valuable.

Q1000:18:00Scope
Answer: we build and run the website. The events themselves, payments and photography stay with you and the platforms you already use.
Q1100:20:00Process
Answer: order, a 15-minute form, one call, then a live site in 7 to 15 days depending on plan, with the build fee invoiced only after you approve it.
First month charged; the $697 build fee is not.
About 15 minutes: event types, markets, brand, domain and CRM.
Gaps filled, launch date agreed, scripts agreed on AI plans.
7 on Load-In, 10 on Showtime, 15 on Encore.
The build fee is invoiced after you approve; then 5 revisions a month.
Q1200:22:00Budget
Answer: from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee invoiced after launch. Here is what moves the number, and what never does.
Q1300:24:00Patch
Answer: every plan includes the website, hosting, search foundations, articles and monthly care; Showtime adds the AI Engine (AI receptionist, missed-call text back, chat and text-message agents); Encore adds the Content Engine's faster article schedule.
Every plan carries the same $697 one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved. AI usage on Showtime and Encore is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, with no markup. Text-message carrier fees are passed through at cost.
Q1400:26:00Guarantee
Answer: you pay the build fee only after approving the live site, every page is guaranteed 90+ on PageSpeed, local ranking is guaranteed within 3 to 5 months with free continued work if it is missed, and your domain and content stay yours. All sales are final otherwise, and the conditions are printed under each promise.
Nothing is charged for the build until your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged at all.
Condition: Due within 7 days of the invoice once you have approved the live site.
On mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis. If a page slips below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
Condition: Does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.
Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within that window of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.
Condition: Covers your area and your services, not terms outside them. The remedy is the work, not a refund.
The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.
Condition: Design and code stay ours; your words, photos and domain stay yours.
The full wording is in the terms and conditions and the refund policy.
Q1500:28:00Q and A
No, we build the pages that lead a buyer to your ticketing platform of choice, since payment processing for tickets sits outside a website build.
Yes if you want it public. Many festivals show tier benefits and gate pricing behind an inquiry instead, and we build either approach.
It is built specifically not to. Custom-coded pages served from the edge with unmetered bandwidth are designed to hold up under a traffic spike.
Yes, a media kit page with a downloadable one-sheet and key facts is built to answer most press questions without an email exchange.
Yes. Pages are static and served from Cloudflare's global edge with unmetered bandwidth, which is built for surges like a lineup drop or ticket release.
Yes. Send the update as a revision and it is live within 2 to 5 working days; several changes can go in one request.
Yes. Experiential agencies get case studies and capability pages written for brand and marketing buyers, alongside any festival pages you run.
On Showtime and Encore, the site chat can answer the common questions you script, such as dates, location, age policy and where to buy, and hand anything else to your team.
Q1300:29:00Curtain
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $127 a month, the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch, and a person on the team replies within one working day.
