Event business website plans from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans for event planners, production companies and event management firms from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly articles and managed hosting included. Domain and hosting are included. All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days.

Q0200:02:00Notes

The five problems this plan is built to fix

  • 01

The site is slow on a phone at a venue walkthrough

Page-builder plugins pile up and every one of them slows the page a prospective client is trying to load while comparing planners on the spot.

  • 02

The portfolio is one long unsorted feed

A visitor comparing a specific event type has to scroll past dozens of irrelevant photos to find one matching example.

  • 03

The inquiry form asks the wrong questions

A generic contact form built for any business does not ask for the event date, guest count or event type up front.

  • 04

One page tries to cover every event type

A single "our services" paragraph gives a search engine nothing specific to rank for a wedding, corporate or gala search.

  • 05

The site goes quiet after launch

No new pages, no new articles, and search visibility stalls the month after the site goes live.

Q0300:04:00Spec

Speed, guaranteed

Answer: every page is custom coded and served from the edge, with a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee checked on an ongoing basis, not just at launch.

  • Every page custom coded, no page-builder bloat

  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis

  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge with unmetered bandwidth

Q0400:05:30Search

Built to rank for your event types and markets

Answer: a page for every event type and market you serve, plus weekly researched articles, is what gives search engines something specific to rank.

  • A page for every event type crossed with every market you serve

  • 2 to 3 researched articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words each

  • Schema markup matched to each page type, not blanket tags everywhere

Q0500:07:15Inventory

What is in every plan

  • A custom-coded, fully managed website

Home, about, event-type pages, market pages, portfolio, inquiry form and legal pages, built and hosted for you.

  • A page for every event type and market

Built during onboarding from your list, expanded any time as a revision.

  • Weekly researched articles

2 to 3 a week depending on tier, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, sourced and cited.

  • 5 revisions a month

Any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days, then $20 flat per additional revision.

  • One domain, included free

Registered in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point an existing one.

  • Managed hosting

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, never billed separately.

  • A portfolio organized by event type

Your past events grouped for how a buyer actually browses, resized and compressed for speed.

  • A client portal from day one

Request revisions, raise tickets, send files and message the team, all in one place.

Q0600:09:00Press

What the weekly articles actually cover

Answer: sourced, event-industry topics written for your service area, never generic lifestyle filler or an invented statistic.

  • Planning timelines and venue comparisons written for your service area
  • Event-type specific guides for the kinds of events you run
  • Seasonal and market considerations tied to the pages you already have
  • Vendor and partner content, sourced and general in nature

Q0700:10:30Notes

What counts as a revision

Answer: any single change request, of any size, and there is no cap on how large one request can be.

  • A new event-type or market page

  • New portfolio photos or a new category

  • A colour, copy or logo change

  • A form field or CRM routing change

Q0800:12:00Running

What we do every week without you asking

  • New researched articles published on schedule

  • PageSpeed checked and fixed if it slips below 90+

  • Hosting, SSL and security monitored on our side

Infographic with Tempo, the studio mascot: Every week, without you asking. New articles published; PageSpeed kept at 90+; Hosting and security watched.

Q1100:18:30Patch

What is in each plan, in plain terms

Answer: every feature, the everyday event-business problem it solves, what you have to do (usually nothing) and which plan includes it. Showtime and Encore include everything in Load-In.

The website itself

  • Pages that open before the elevator pitch is finished

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop.

    Solves
A couple or a procurement contact on a phone gives up on a slow page before it loads, including the visitors you paid for with ads.
    You do
Nothing. Speed is checked on our side after every change.

  • A dedicated page for every kind of event you run

Weddings, corporate, festivals and galas each get their own page, built to how that buyer decides.

    Solves
One generic services paragraph gives a wedding client, a corporate buyer and a gala committee nothing specific, and ranks for none of them.
    You do
List your event types on the onboarding form. We write the pages and you approve them.

  • A portfolio organized by event type, not one long photo feed

Past events grouped so a visitor comparing a specific event type finds a matching example fast.

    Solves
A buyer comparing a specific kind of event will not scroll through fifty unrelated photos to find one example.
    You do
Send photos through the client portal whenever you have them.

  • An inquiry form that reaches the right person, every time

Short, event-date-first, and wired straight into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make.

    Solves
Inquiries that land in a shared inbox with no date or guest count get answered late, or not at all.
    You do
Tell us which CRM or inbox each inquiry should reach. We connect it.

  • A press and sponsor page that stands in for the deck you keep emailing

A media kit page built for sponsors, press and partners to find on their own.

    Solves
Sponsors, press and partners keep emailing for the same deck and one-sheet.
    You do
Send the facts and the one-sheet you want sponsors and press to see.

Getting found

  • Weekly researched articles, written for event search

Sourced, event-industry topics that keep the site publishing after launch.

    Solves
Nobody at an event business has a free evening to write, so the site stops publishing and search visibility stalls.
    You do
Nothing, unless you want to suggest a topic or read a draft.

  • The Content Engine: a faster publishing schedule

Three researched articles a week instead of two, for a business that wants to move faster on search.

    Solves
In a market where several event companies already rank, two articles a week can take longer to close the gap.
    You do
Nothing beyond approving topics you care about.

  • A page for every city or region you actually serve

Built for event businesses that travel or operate across more than one market.

    Solves
One line claiming a whole region gives a search engine nothing to rank for a city-level search.
    You do
Tell us the markets you genuinely work in. Nothing gets a page that you do not serve.

  • SEO, answer-engine and AI-search foundations, built in

Technical and on-page SEO, answer-first FAQ blocks, structured data and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI assistants can understand and cite you.

    Solves
A beautiful site that search engines cannot read, and AI assistants cannot quote, sends no one new to your inquiry form.
    You do
Nothing. It is part of how every page is built.

  • A local ranking guarantee with a real remedy

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, or we keep doing the search work at no extra charge.

    Solves
Most web builds promise traffic and then invoice for more SEO when it does not arrive.
    You do
Keep the details you give us accurate and let us publish the pages and articles on schedule.

The AI Engine

  • The AI Engine: text-back and a day-of chat concierge

Missed calls get texted back automatically, and a chat widget answers common questions while you are on site.

    Solves
A call missed during load-in, rehearsal or the show itself goes to the next planner on the list.
    You do
Approve the text-back message before launch.

  • An AI receptionist for the calls your team cannot take

Answers questions about your business, takes the inquiry details and books the appointment when nobody can pick up.

    Solves
Saturdays are show days. A planner on site from load-in to strike cannot answer a couple, and a producer in a tech rehearsal cannot answer a procurement contact.
    You do
Review and approve the scripts before launch. Tell us what it may and may not say about dates and prices.

  • An AI chat on your site and a text-message agent that books

A chat widget answers visitors at midnight, and the messaging agent replies to texts, takes details and books appointments.

    Solves
Couples and committees browse in the evening and on weekends. A form that waits until Monday for a reply loses them to whoever answered first.
    You do
Approve the scripts. We file the A2P 10DLC carrier registration for texting on your behalf.

Hosting, changes and ownership

  • A client portal from day one

Request revisions, raise tickets, send files and message the team, all in one place.

    Solves
Change requests scattered across email threads and texts get lost, and nobody can see what is done.
    You do
Raise requests in the portal when you need something changed.

  • Managed hosting, SSL and security, never billed separately

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth inside the monthly fee.

    Solves
Hosting bills, SSL renewals and plugin updates are a second job, and a festival or gala site that slows down the week tickets go on sale costs real money.
    You do
Nothing. There is no hosting account for you to log in to.

  • Your domain, in your name, and your content if you leave

One domain included free and registered to you; an export of your content and articles if you ever cancel.

    Solves
Event businesses get locked in when a builder or agency owns the domain or will not hand over the content.
    You do
Tell us the domain you want, or the one you already own.

  • 5 revisions a month, any size, no hourly billing

Each change request of any size counts as one revision, completed within 2 to 5 working days; extras are $20 flat.

    Solves
A new season, a new venue partner or a new event format means the site needs changing, and hourly agency billing makes every change a negotiation.
    You do
Send the request and anything we need, such as copy or photos.

  • A move from your current site that keeps what already ranks

A 301 redirect map from every old URL to its new home before anything old comes down.

    Solves
Switching builders is where event businesses lose the rankings and inbound links they spent years earning.
    You do
Give us access to, or the address of, your current site.

  • Privacy, terms, cookie and accessibility pages that come with the site

The policy pages a US event business site needs, a cookie banner that really holds back tracking until consent, and an accessibility-minded build.

    Solves
Most event business sites ship with a copied privacy policy, a cookie banner that blocks nothing and no accessibility thought at all.
    You do
Confirm the facts about your business that the pages describe. We are not lawyers; have your own counsel review anything you are unsure of.

Every plan carries the same $697 one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved. AI usage on Showtime and Encore is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, with no markup. Text-message carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Q1200:19:40House

What owners say about the monthly model

  • We used to get regular calls asking whether an event production briefs message had arrived. Submitters now see exactly what we will do with their request and when to expect us. It sounds minor until you add up the reassurance calls it has replaced.

Isabel SheffieldScheduling supervisor, brand activation production companyCedar Rapids, Iowa

Got: Submission acknowledgment and follow-up for event production briefs (Load-In)

  • We took the wording about event production briefs seriously, and I am glad we did. It is accurate about the process and careful not to promise what only a conversation can settle. Correcting the site's accidental promises is no longer part of our calls.

Iman QasemiAccount coordinator, community event production teamProvo, Utah

Got: Service scope and expectations for event production briefs (Load-In)

  • Updating event production briefs content used to mean describing a change by phone and hoping. The request format is short and explicit, and the preview shows exactly what will change. The site finally says what we approved, not someone's best guess at it.

Got: Content approvals and change requests for event production briefs (Load-In)

Q1400:22:00Guarantee

The guarantees behind every plan

Answer: you pay the build fee only after approving the live site, every page is guaranteed 90+ on PageSpeed, local ranking is guaranteed within 3 to 5 months with free continued work if it is missed, and your domain and content stay yours. All sales are final otherwise, and the conditions are printed under each promise.

  • The $697 build fee comes after you approve

Nothing is charged for the build until your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged at all.

Condition: Due within 7 days of the invoice once you have approved the live site.

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

On mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis. If a page slips below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Condition: Does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.

  • Local ranking within 3 to 5 months

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within that window of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

Condition: Covers your area and your services, not terms outside them. The remedy is the work, not a refund.

  • You keep your domain and your content

The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

Condition: Design and code stay ours; your words, photos and domain stay yours.

The full wording is in the terms and conditions and the refund policy.

Q1300:23:00Q and A

Common objections, answered

What if we need more than 5 revisions in a month?

Additional revisions are a flat $20 each, with no cap and no hourly billing. Most months, five is plenty for ongoing changes.

What if our current site already ranks for some searches?

We build a redirect map before anything old comes down, so existing rankings and inbound links carry over to the new URLs rather than being lost in the switch.

What happens if we outgrow Load-In and want the AI Engine later?

You can move up to Showtime or Encore at any time; the change takes effect on your next billing cycle and we configure the new features as a standard onboarding step.

Q1400:25:30Q and A

Pricing and billing questions

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.

Can we upgrade from Load-In to Showtime or Encore later?

Yes, at any time. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle and we configure the added features, including the AI Engine or the faster article schedule, as a standard onboarding step rather than a separate project.

How long until my event website is live?

7 days on Load-In, 10 on Showtime while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Encore with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

What is not included?

We do not plan, produce or run events, handle permits or vendors, or process ticket or donation payments ourselves. Ticketing and donations link out to the platform you already use. Photography is not included: we build with the photos you send. Anything outside the plan is agreed in writing before any work starts.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four, even around a traffic spike close to an event date.

How is AI usage billed?

AI usage on Showtime and Encore is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, on top of the flat monthly fee. There is no markup and no separate setup charge.

Can a faster site lower what we pay for Google Ads?

It can help. Google Ads Quality Score includes landing page experience, which Google describes as how relevant and useful your landing page is to people who click your ad. A fast, specific event-type page is a better landing page than a slow generic one, and a better Quality Score can lower your cost per click. More of the clicks you pay for also stay on the page instead of leaving while it loads. We do not promise a specific saving.
