Event production company website development built for how a procurement team shortlists vendors

Event production company website development succeeds when the site gives a procurement contact the capabilities, case studies and logistics proof they need to shortlist you, which means building around a business buyer rather than a wedding-style photo gallery.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Q0200:02:00Casting

Who event production company website development is for

Answer: AV, staging, lighting and full production companies that sell to corporate clients, agencies and venues, and need a site that proves capability and scale to a procurement team.

Q0300:04:00Notes

Signs your current site is costing you inquiries

  • Procurement contacts ask for a capabilities deck because the website does not have one.

  • Your gear, crew and past shows are not visible anywhere a buyer can forward internally.

  • RFPs arrive by email with no structure and take a day to triage.

  • The site was built by a friend years ago and nobody can update it.

Q0400:06:00Detail

Custom-coded, not assembled from page-builder plugins

Every page is hand coded rather than built from a stack of page-builder add-ons, which is what keeps a site fast as capability pages, case studies and event-type pages accumulate over time. There is no plugin conflict to debug and no theme update that breaks a layout the week before a big pitch.

  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop

  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge with unmetered bandwidth

  • SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included, never billed separately

Q0500:08:00Detail

Built to answer an RFP faster

Capabilities, past event scale and standard logistics information live on the site itself, written once and reused, so an RFP response pulls from existing pages instead of being written from a blank document each time. The request form captures event format, attendee count and budget band up front.

Q0600:10:00Detail

CRM-connected from launch

Inquiries and RFP requests route directly into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make, so a request does not sit in a shared inbox waiting for someone to notice and forward it.

What event business owners say

  • The guided contact options looked like a small feature; they changed the inbox. New business and existing conversations now arrive under different subjects. Visitors get a simpler page and we get a clearer inbox.

  • Misdirected event production briefs calls were a daily tax before this. The location travels with the inquiry now, so we stop asking people where they meant to reach. Simpler for visitors, and much simpler for whoever covers the phone.

Q1400:26:00Guarantee

What is guaranteed, and what happens if we miss it

Answer: you pay the build fee only after approving the live site, every page is guaranteed 90+ on PageSpeed, local ranking is guaranteed within 3 to 5 months with free continued work if it is missed, and your domain and content stay yours. All sales are final otherwise, and the conditions are printed under each promise.

  • The $697 build fee comes after you approve

Nothing is charged for the build until your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged at all.

Condition: Due within 7 days of the invoice once you have approved the live site.

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

On mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis. If a page slips below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Condition: Does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.

  • Local ranking within 3 to 5 months

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within that window of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

Condition: Covers your area and your services, not terms outside them. The remedy is the work, not a refund.

  • You keep your domain and your content

The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

Condition: Design and code stay ours; your words, photos and domain stay yours.

The full wording is in the terms and conditions and the refund policy.

Q1500:28:00Q and A

Questions about event production company website development

Can the development handle a hybrid or virtual event format page?

Yes, as its own page in your event-type set, written around the specific logistics and proof points that format needs rather than reusing in-person copy.

Do you build the RFP submission itself, or just the site?

We build the request form and route it into your CRM or inbox. Preparing the RFP document itself stays with your team; the site is built to make that easier, not to replace it.

Can we show client logos on the development site?

Yes, if you have permission to display them. Where you do not, we build anonymized case studies describing scale and format instead.

How is a new capability page added after launch?

As a standard revision, turned around within 2 to 5 working days once you send the copy and any supporting material.

What does event production company website development include?

A custom-coded site with capabilities, case studies, event format pages, a team page and an RFP request form routed into your CRM, hosted on Cloudflare with SSL and a speed guarantee, and updated monthly through revisions.

Can the site show our equipment and crew capabilities?

Yes. A capabilities page can cover services, equipment categories, crew roles and the scale of shows you support, written in the terms a corporate buyer uses.

Is the site secure enough for corporate clients?

It is served over HTTPS on Cloudflare with DDoS protection, has no plugins to patch, and forms only collect what a first response needs. Security and hosting are monitored on our side.

Can the AI receptionist qualify production inquiries?

On Showtime and Encore it can take the event format, date range, attendee count and budget band, book a call and hand anything needing a quote to your team.
