Answer: four steps, and the last one is the point of this page. On day 7 the site goes live and the build fee invoice is never raised.

Your monthly plan is paid securely through Stripe when you order, and a receipt plus a confirmation email with the link to the onboarding form arrive straight away. The build fee is not part of that payment. About 15 minutes of questions.

The site is built and shown to you
Custom coded against your brand, with a page for every event type and market on your list. You see it before anyone else does.

Whatever you have. We group it by event type, resize it and compress it for speed. Nothing needs to be print ready.
- Logo and brand files, if you have them
A logo file and your colours are enough. If they do not exist yet, we work from what is on your current site.
- Your event types and the areas you cover
Each one becomes a page, so the more specific the list, the more the site can rank for.
- Where inquiries should land
An inbox, a CRM, or both. We route the inquiry form to it and test it before launch.
- Your domain, or nothing at all
We point an existing domain or register a new one in your name, included with the plan.

5 revisions every month, of any size
A revision is any single change request with no cap on how large it is, completed within 2 to 5 working days. Beyond five in a month, each one is a flat $20 and never an hourly bill.

The speed guarantee is not a launch-day screenshot. If a page slips below it, fixing that is our job and it does not come out of your revisions.
The refund position, stated plainly
All sales are final, with one exception: a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Read it in full before you order.

Questions people ask before ordering
Is the $697 build fee really not charged at all?
Correct. On a normal order the one-time build fee is invoiced after your site goes live. On an order placed on or before December 31, 2026 that invoice is not raised, so the fee is $0 rather than deferred or spread across your monthly payments. The monthly plan price is exactly the same as it is on the pricing page.
When does the first payment come out?
When you order. Your monthly plan is a subscription paid through Stripe at checkout, so the first month is charged that day and the plan renews monthly from then. Only the monthly plan is charged at checkout, never the build fee. Every plan includes the domain and the hosting, so there is no separate bill for either, and while the waiver is open there is no build fee invoice after launch either.
What happens if I order now but cannot start for a month?
The waiver applies to the date you order, not the date you launch, so an order placed on or before December 31, 2026 keeps the waived build fee even if your onboarding call is later. The 7 day clock starts at that call, not at the order.
Which plan should I order?
Load-In if you mainly need the website itself built, ranked and kept current. Showtime if calls get missed during events and you want the AI Engine answering them. Encore if you are competing hard on search and want the faster 3 article a week schedule. You can move up later and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Can I see the site before I am committed to it?
You see the build before launch and your revisions are included from the first month, so nothing goes live that you have not looked at. If you would rather see a site like yours before ordering at all, book the demo instead and order afterwards.
What do I need to have ready before I order?
Nothing. The onboarding form asks for your event types, service areas, photos and brand files, and anything you cannot answer on the day can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal without holding up the build.
Do you handle the event work itself?
No. EventWebStudio builds and manages the website. We are not an event planning company, production company, venue or event management firm, and everything about running the event itself stays with you.
