A wedding planner website built around the moment a couple decides to reach out

A wedding planner website earns its keep by showing real weddings fast on a phone and making it obvious how to check date availability, because most couples compare several planners in one sitting before they message anyone.

Q0200:02:00Notes

What usually goes wrong for wedding planners and coordinators

  • 01

The current site is one long photo feed with no way to filter by venue type, season or style, so a couple has to scroll past dozens of irrelevant weddings.

  • 02

There is no clear way to ask about a specific date, so couples message through Instagram instead and inquiries get lost.

  • 03

The site loads slowly on a phone, which is where almost every couple is looking while comparing planners.

  • 04

Packages and pricing ranges are never mentioned, so couples who cannot afford the planner still take a call before finding out.

What the package does for wedding planners and coordinators

Answer: The pieces that matter most for a wedding planner are the real-weddings portfolio organized by venue and style, a page per planning level, and the date-first form. On Showtime, the AI Engine covers the Saturday problem: missed calls get a text back, and the chat and text agent answer couples and book consultations while you are at a wedding.

Date-first inquiry form

Asks for the wedding date, venue, guest count and planning level up front, so you can tell at a glance whether the date is open before you even open the message.

What wedding planners tell us

  • If you only look at the design you miss the best bit, which is the inquiry form. Every submission arrives with event format, venue and technical requirements filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. We answer properly on the first reply far more often than we used to.

Got: Inquiry form and response workflow for event production briefs (Load-In)

  • My first check was simple: open the event production briefs page on a mobile and try to get in touch. The essentials are within the first screen, with an obvious way to inquire. Sending the link by text during a call finally works the way it should.

Questions from wedding planners and coordinators

Can the site show pricing without scaring couples off?

Yes. Most planners show a starting range rather than exact numbers, framed around what each planning level includes, so a couple can self-select before messaging. We write that copy with you during onboarding.

Can couples filter the portfolio by venue or style?

Yes. The portfolio is organized by venue type and style from the start, so a couple looking for a barn wedding is not scrolling past ballroom photos to find one.

Does the inquiry form check date availability?

It asks for the date and routes it into your CRM or calendar immediately, so you see it as soon as it comes in. It does not connect to a live calendar automatically unless your CRM supports that.

What if we only do a few weddings a year?

The build and pricing are the same regardless of volume. A smaller planner often benefits most from the portfolio and real-wedding pages, since those are what a couple actually uses to decide.

How fast can a wedding planner website go live?

7 days on Load-In from your onboarding call, 10 on Showtime with the AI Engine, and 15 on Encore.

Can we write about venues we work at often?

Yes. Venue guides and real weddings at those venues make useful articles and pages, and they help couples searching for that venue find you. Every article is sourced and you approve topics you care about.

Will couples see our reviews?

Yes, once you have them. We add real reviews with the couple's permission, and mark them up as reviews for search engines. We never publish invented reviews.

What if we move into corporate events later?

Add a corporate event page as a single revision. The site structure is built to grow by event type.
