Talk to a person

Talk to a person at EventWebStudio. Email us and we reply within one working day. No call centre, and no ticket number for a first enquiry. We work with event businesses in every state; business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays.

Or send a message

Tell us what you plan and produce and what the site needs to do. We read every message ourselves.

Optional. We only call if you ask us to.

Leave blank if you do not have one yet.

Your message is sent straight to the team and a confirmation email follows. A person replies within one working day. We never share your details.

Q0200:03:00Process

What happens after you send a message

Answer: a person on the team reads it, looks at your current site and replies within one working day.

Tempo, the studio mascot, waving hello from a stage manager desk in the wings
Tempo, our studio mascot, on cue at the desk.
  1. On receipt

    We read it ourselves

No ticket queue for a first message; a person on the team reads it directly.

  2. Same day

We look at what you sent us

Your current site, your event types and markets, so the reply is specific rather than a form letter.

  3. Within 1 day

    You get a reply

Usually with a couple of options for a call, or a direct answer if that is all you asked for.

What owners say after that first message

  • We took the wording about event production briefs seriously, and I am glad we did. It is accurate about the process and careful not to promise what only a conversation can settle. Correcting the site's accidental promises is no longer part of our calls.

Got: Service scope and expectations for event production briefs (Load-In)

  • Updating event production briefs content used to mean describing a change by phone and hoping. The request format is short and explicit, and the preview shows exactly what will change. The site finally says what we approved, not someone's best guess at it.

Q0400:05:20Q and A

Before you write to us

How quickly will someone reply?

A person replies within one working day. Our business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays; a message sent outside them is read at the start of the next business day.

Do you work with event businesses in my state?

Yes. We work remotely with event businesses across the United States, from Texas, Florida, California and New York to every other state. Everything runs through one call and your client portal.

Is there a phone number?

Email and the demo calendar are the fastest routes today, because every message is read by a person and answered in writing. Book a demo if you would rather talk it through live.

What should I include in my message?

Your current website address if you have one, the kinds of events you run, the cities you work in and what you want the site to do better. That lets us reply with something specific.

Can I get a quote by email?

Prices are published: $127 a month on Load-In, plus a $697 build fee invoiced after launch. We can tell you by email which plan fits.

I am already a client. Where do I send changes?

Use your client portal so the request is tracked, or email us and we log it for you.

How long until my event website is live?

7 days on Load-In, 10 on Showtime while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Encore with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your event types, service area, brand, domain and where inquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

Or see it built, live, on a call

A 30-minute walk-through of the site you would get, with no slides and no pressure to decide on the call.
