Event inquiry and booking website development that gets the right details to the right person

Event inquiry and booking website development succeeds when the form asks only what determines whether you can take the job, then routes it straight into your CRM, rather than a generic contact form that drops a message into an inbox nobody owns.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Q0200:02:00Casting

Who event inquiry and booking website development is for

Answer: Any event business losing inquiries between the website and the team: forms without the details you need, messages nobody owns, and calls missed on show days.

Q0300:04:00Notes

Signs your current site is costing you inquiries

  • Every inquiry needs a follow-up email just to get the date and guest count.

  • Inquiries land in a shared inbox and sit unanswered.

  • You miss calls during events and callers do not leave voicemails.

  • Your CRM is filled in by hand from emails.

Q0400:06:00Detail

Forms built around the event, not a generic contact page

A wedding inquiry needs a date, venue and guest count. An RFP needs event format, attendee count and budget band. We build the form fields around the event type each page is written for, so the information you actually need arrives with the first message.

  • Date-first fields for consumer event types

  • Format and budget fields for corporate RFPs

  • Different forms on different event-type pages

Q0500:08:00Detail

Routed automatically, not manually forwarded

Inquiries connect to your CRM by direct API integration, Zapier or Make, so a submission lands where your team already works rather than requiring someone to check a separate inbox and copy details across by hand.

Q0600:10:00Detail

Built to route by division on a multi-service site

For a full-service company running weddings, corporate work and more, the form can ask the event type first and route the inquiry to whichever team handles that kind of event, so the right person sees it first.

Q0700:12:00Deliverables

What you get

Answer: the finished, hosted website below, built for you and then kept up to date every month.

  • Event-type-aware inquiry forms

Fields matched to what each event type actually needs to qualify a lead.

  • CRM routing by API, Zapier or Make

Inquiries land where your team already works, automatically.

  • Division-based routing

For multi-service businesses, inquiries reach the right team first.

  • Missed-call text back

On Showtime and Encore, a missed call is texted back within a minute.

  • A client portal from day one

Request changes to your forms or routing as a standard revision.

What event business owners say

  • The guided contact options looked like a small feature; they changed the inbox. New business and existing conversations now arrive under different subjects. Visitors get a simpler page and we get a clearer inbox.

  • Misdirected event production briefs calls were a daily tax before this. The location travels with the inquiry now, so we stop asking people where they meant to reach. Simpler for visitors, and much simpler for whoever covers the phone.

Answer: you pay the build fee only after approving the live site, every page is guaranteed 90+ on PageSpeed, local ranking is guaranteed within 3 to 5 months with free continued work if it is missed, and your domain and content stay yours. All sales are final otherwise, and the conditions are printed under each promise.

  • The $697 build fee comes after you approve

Nothing is charged for the build until your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged at all.

Condition: Due within 7 days of the invoice once you have approved the live site.

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

On mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis. If a page slips below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Condition: Does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.

  • Local ranking within 3 to 5 months

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within that window of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

Condition: Covers your area and your services, not terms outside them. The remedy is the work, not a refund.

  • You keep your domain and your content

The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

Condition: Design and code stay ours; your words, photos and domain stay yours.

The full wording is in the terms and conditions and the refund policy.

Q1500:28:00Q and A

Questions about event inquiry and booking website development

Can different pages have different form fields?

Yes. A wedding page can ask for a date and venue while a corporate page asks for event format and budget, since each event type needs different information to qualify.

What CRMs do you connect to?

Most CRMs that accept a direct API connection, Zapier or Make can be wired in. Tell us what you use during onboarding and we confirm the connection before launch.

Can inquiries route to different people by event type?

Yes, the form can ask the event type first and route accordingly, which matters most for full-service companies with separate teams per division.

What happens if a form field needs to change later?

It is a standard revision. Send the change through your client portal and it is turned around within 2 to 5 working days.

Can the site book consultations automatically?

On Showtime and Encore, the AI receptionist, the site chat and the text agent can book a consultation into the calendar you use. On every plan the form routes straight into your CRM.

Do you handle text messaging registration?

Yes. Business texting needs A2P 10DLC carrier registration, which we file for you on the AI Engine plans. Carrier fees are passed through at cost.

Is the inquiry form accessible?

Forms are built with labels, clear errors, keyboard support and 16px-plus inputs so they work with assistive technology and do not zoom awkwardly on phones.

Can we tell which kind of event an inquiry is for?

Yes. Each event-type page can carry its own version of the form and every form asks the event type, so a wedding inquiry and a corporate inquiry arrive in your CRM already labelled.
