Everything included in an EventWebStudio website

Every EventWebStudio feature for event businesses: speed, event-type pages, AI receptionist, chat and text agents, SEO, and the plan that has it. Plans start at $127 a month plus a $697 build fee invoiced after launch.

Q0200:02:00Channel

Pages that open before the elevator pitch is finished

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop.

Why speed matters most for an event business

A prospective client often compares three or four planners in one sitting, on a phone, between other tasks. Every page is custom coded, ships almost no JavaScript, and is served from Cloudflare's global edge, so your site is the one still loading fast when a page-builder competitor has stalled on a hero video.

Why a fast page can make your ads cheaper

Google Ads scores every keyword on expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience, which Google describes as how relevant and useful your landing page is to people who click your ad. A fast, specific event-type page is a better landing page experience than a slow generic one, and a better Quality Score can lower what you pay per click. Just as important, more of the paid clicks you already buy stay long enough to see the page instead of bouncing while it loads. We do not promise a specific cost-per-click drop; the mechanism is what we build for.

Checked on an ongoing basis, not just at launch

A 90+ PageSpeed score is guaranteed on mobile and desktop for every page we build and host, and it is monitored after launch rather than verified once and forgotten. If a page slips below that because of our work, we fix it at no charge, so a new gallery photo or a new event-type page never quietly slows the site down.

The problem it solves
A couple or a procurement contact on a phone gives up on a slow page before it loads, including the visitors you paid for with ads.
What you do
Nothing. Speed is checked on our side after every change.

A dedicated page for every kind of event you run

Weddings, corporate, festivals and galas each get their own page, built to how that buyer decides.

One page per event type, not one paragraph covering all of them

A wedding client and a corporate procurement contact are looking for different proof, in different language, and a single "our services" paragraph gives a search engine nothing specific to rank either one for. Each event type your business handles gets its own page: the pains that buyer has, the process you run for them, and the proof that fits their decision.

Built during onboarding, expanded any time

We build the initial set of event-type pages from the list you give us during onboarding. Adding a new one later, because you have started taking on festivals or nonprofit galas, is a single revision request, not a rebuild.

The problem it solves
One generic services paragraph gives a wedding client, a corporate buyer and a gala committee nothing specific, and ranks for none of them.
What you do
List your event types on the onboarding form. We write the pages and you approve them.

A portfolio organized by event type, not one long photo feed

Past events grouped so a visitor comparing a specific event type finds a matching example fast.

Grouped the way a buyer actually browses

A visitor comparing a 200-guest gala does not want to scroll through fifty wedding photos to find one relevant example. Your portfolio is organized into categories that match your event-type pages, so proof sits next to the page that needs it, fast to load and easy to browse on a phone.

You send photos, we handle the rest

Send event photos through your client portal after the fact and we sort them into the right category, resize and compress them so the gallery stays fast, and caption them with the event type for search.

The problem it solves
A buyer comparing a specific kind of event will not scroll through fifty unrelated photos to find one example.
What you do
Send photos through the client portal whenever you have them.

An inquiry form that reaches the right person, every time

Short, event-date-first, and wired straight into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make.

Built for the questions you actually need answered

A form built for a generic contact page asks for a message and drops it in an inbox nobody checks. Yours asks for the event date, guest count, event type and budget range up front, which is what determines whether you can even take the job, and it routes straight into your CRM rather than an email nobody owns.

Different forms for different event types

A wedding inquiry and an RFP response need different fields. Each event-type page can carry its own short version of the form, so a corporate buyer is not asked about a guest list seating chart, and a couple is not asked for a procurement reference number.

The problem it solves
Inquiries that land in a shared inbox with no date or guest count get answered late, or not at all.
What you do
Tell us which CRM or inbox each inquiry should reach. We connect it.

Weekly researched articles, written for event search

Sourced, event-industry topics that keep the site publishing after launch.

Content that targets how people actually search for an event business

Articles cover the planning questions, venue considerations and event-type comparisons your buyers search before they ever fill in a form, each one sourced and specific to the events you run rather than generic lifestyle filler. Every plan includes at least two a week; the Encore plan runs three.

Every figure cited, never invented

If an article states a figure, it links to where that figure came from. We never publish an invented percentage or attendance statistic to make a page sound more convincing, on your site or on ours.

The problem it solves
Nobody at an event business has a free evening to write, so the site stops publishing and search visibility stalls.
What you do
Nothing, unless you want to suggest a topic or read a draft.

The AI Engine: text-back and a day-of chat concierge

Missed calls get texted back automatically, and a chat widget answers common questions while you are on site.

Built for a job where you cannot always answer the phone

Load-in, rehearsal and the show itself are exactly when a planner or producer cannot pick up a call. On Showtime and Encore, a missed call is texted back within a minute so the inquiry does not go to the next name on the list, and a chat widget answers common questions about your services and availability while you are unreachable.

Configured, not improvised

You review every script before launch, and the agent is configured to hand off anything that needs a human decision, like a specific date hold or a price quote, rather than guessing at an answer.

The problem it solves
A call missed during load-in, rehearsal or the show itself goes to the next planner on the list.
What you do
Approve the text-back message before launch.

The Content Engine: a faster publishing schedule

Three researched articles a week instead of two, for a business that wants to move faster on search.

For a business ready to outpublish the competition

Encore raises the article schedule from two a week to three, each still 2,500 to 3,200 words and sourced. For a market with several established event businesses already ranking, a faster and more consistent publishing cadence is often what closes the gap.

The problem it solves
In a market where several event companies already rank, two articles a week can take longer to close the gap.
What you do
Nothing beyond approving topics you care about.

A client portal from day one

Request revisions, raise tickets, send files and message the team, all in one place.

One place for everything to do with your site

You get an account the day your site goes live. From it you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send files you still owe us, and message the team directly, so nothing about your site gets lost in an inbox thread.

Revisions of any size, tracked start to finish

A revision request through the portal is logged with a status you can see, and completed within 2 to 5 working days whatever the size, whether it is a new event-type page or a colour change.

The problem it solves
Change requests scattered across email threads and texts get lost, and nobody can see what is done.
What you do
Raise requests in the portal when you need something changed.

A press and sponsor page that stands in for the deck you keep emailing

A media kit page built for sponsors, press and partners to find on their own.

Fewer emails asking for the same document

Sponsors, press and prospective partners tend to ask the same handful of questions: what the event is, who attends, and what a partnership looks like. A media kit page answers those directly and links to a downloadable one-sheet, so the site does part of that conversation before it starts.

The problem it solves
Sponsors, press and partners keep emailing for the same deck and one-sheet.
What you do
Send the facts and the one-sheet you want sponsors and press to see.

A page for every city or region you actually serve

Built for event businesses that travel or operate across more than one market.

A page per market, not one paragraph claiming them all

Many event companies work across a metro area or travel to several cities for larger productions. A single "we serve the whole region" line gives a search engine nothing to rank for a city-level search. Each market you name gets its own page, crossed with the event types you run there.

The problem it solves
One line claiming a whole region gives a search engine nothing to rank for a city-level search.
What you do
Tell us the markets you genuinely work in. Nothing gets a page that you do not serve.

An AI receptionist for the calls your team cannot take

Answers questions about your business, takes the inquiry details and books the appointment when nobody can pick up.

What it handles

On Showtime and Encore, the AI receptionist answers questions about your services, your event types and how you work, takes the inquiry details you asked for (date, guest count, event type, budget band) and books a consultation or discovery call into the calendar you use. Anything that needs a human decision, like holding a specific date or quoting a price, is handed to a person at your business rather than guessed at.

What it will not do

It is configured not to give professional advice and not to commit you to anything. You review the scripts before launch, and changing what it says is a standard revision. Usage is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, with no markup.

The problem it solves
Saturdays are show days. A planner on site from load-in to strike cannot answer a couple, and a producer in a tech rehearsal cannot answer a procurement contact.
What you do
Review and approve the scripts before launch. Tell us what it may and may not say about dates and prices.

An AI chat on your site and a text-message agent that books

A chat widget answers visitors at midnight, and the messaging agent replies to texts, takes details and books appointments.

Answers while you are on site

The chat widget on your site answers the common questions a visitor has about your services, event types and availability process, collects the details you need and offers to book a call. Text messages sent to your business get the same treatment from the messaging agent, so a slow reply does not cost you the inquiry.

Carrier registration handled

Business text messaging in the United States needs A2P 10DLC carrier registration before messages are delivered reliably. We file it for you; carrier fees are passed through at cost. Your forms carry clear consent wording for text messages, and you stay responsible for the consent, opt-out and record-keeping obligations that apply to your own messages.

The problem it solves
Couples and committees browse in the evening and on weekends. A form that waits until Monday for a reply loses them to whoever answered first.
What you do
Approve the scripts. We file the A2P 10DLC carrier registration for texting on your behalf.

SEO, answer-engine and AI-search foundations, built in

Technical and on-page SEO, answer-first FAQ blocks, structured data and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI assistants can understand and cite you.

SEO: found in search

Technical SEO (clean URLs, a sitemap, canonical tags, fast pages, mobile-first layout) and on-page SEO (one clear topic per page, a descriptive title and description, real headings) come with every page. Your event-type pages and a page for each market you genuinely serve give search engines something specific to rank for local searches, such as a wedding planner in your city.

AEO: chosen as the answer

Answer engine optimization means writing so a search engine or voice assistant can lift your answer directly. Every page opens with a direct answer, and FAQ blocks answer the questions your buyers actually ask, which is what featured snippets, voice answers and AI summaries tend to pull from.

GEO: cited by AI assistants

Generative engine optimization is about being quoted by assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We publish an llms.txt file, keep your business name, services and facts consistent on every page, and state facts plainly enough to be cited. Nobody can guarantee an appearance in an AI answer; this makes one more likely.

Schema: structured data that matches the page

Each page carries JSON-LD structured data for what it actually is: Organization or LocalBusiness for your company, Service for each event type, FAQPage where a page has visible questions, BreadcrumbList for navigation, and Review only for real reviews you have permission to publish. It helps search engines understand the page and can make it eligible for richer results.

The problem it solves
A beautiful site that search engines cannot read, and AI assistants cannot quote, sends no one new to your inquiry form.
What you do
Nothing. It is part of how every page is built.

A local ranking guarantee with a real remedy

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, or we keep doing the search work at no extra charge.

What is guaranteed, and what is not

We guarantee your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch. If it has not, we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does. It does not cover terms outside your area or services, changes made by you or third parties, or content published against our advice, and the remedy is the work, not a refund. The full wording is in the terms and conditions.

5 revisions a month, any size, no hourly billing

Each change request of any size counts as one revision, completed within 2 to 5 working days; extras are $20 flat.

What a revision covers

A revision is a single change request of any size: a new event-type page, this year's gala date and honoree, a new portfolio category, a form field. "Build two new pages, here is the copy for both" is still one. 5 are included every month, completed within 2 to 5 working days; after that each one is $20, with no cap. Unused revisions do not roll over.

The problem it solves
A new season, a new venue partner or a new event format means the site needs changing, and hourly agency billing makes every change a negotiation.

A move from your current site that keeps what already ranks

A 301 redirect map from every old URL to its new home before anything old comes down.

How the switch works

We review your current copy, photos and past-event details during onboarding and rebuild them into the new page structure. Before anything old comes down, we build a redirect map from your current URLs to the new ones, so existing rankings and links carry over. If you already own a domain we point it at the new site, and nothing changes for people who know your address.

The problem it solves
Switching builders is where event businesses lose the rankings and inbound links they spent years earning.

Privacy, terms, cookie and accessibility pages that come with the site

The policy pages a US event business site needs, a cookie banner that really holds back tracking until consent, and an accessibility-minded build.

What comes with your website

Every site includes a privacy policy, terms of use, a cookie policy with a consent banner that genuinely holds back analytics and marketing tags until a visitor agrees, and an accessibility statement. Pages are built with WCAG 2.2 AA in mind (contrast, keyboard use, alt text, readable text sizes), which helps you meet the expectations the Americans with Disabilities Act sets for websites. Where the AI Engine texts people, forms carry TCPA-minded consent wording.

Event-specific details we write in

Ticketing and donation pages link out to the processor you use, so card data never touches your site. Inquiry forms ask only what you need to quote an event. These pages help you meet common requirements; they are not legal advice and they do not guarantee compliance.

The problem it solves
Most event business sites ship with a copied privacy policy, a cookie banner that blocks nothing and no accessibility thought at all.
What you do
Confirm the facts about your business that the pages describe. We are not lawyers; have your own counsel review anything you are unsure of.

Can a faster website make your Google Ads cheaper?

Answer: it can help. A fast, relevant landing page improves the landing page experience part of Google Ads Quality Score, which can lower what you pay per click, and fewer of the clicks you already pay for bounce while the page loads.

Infographic with Tempo, the studio mascot: How speed helps your ads. 90+ PageSpeed page; More paid clicks stay; Better landing page experience; Can lower cost per click.
  1. 01

    The page opens straight away

Custom-coded pages, very little JavaScript, served from Cloudflare's edge, with a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee on mobile and desktop.

  2. 02

    More paid clicks stay

A couple tapping your ad between venue visits sees the page instead of a blank screen, so more of the clicks you already pay for become visitors.

  3. 03

    A better landing page experience

Google Ads Quality Score weighs landing page experience: how relevant and useful the page is to the person who clicked. A fast, specific event-type page scores better than a slow generic one.

  4. 04

Which can lower cost per click

A higher Quality Score can reduce what you pay per click and improve where your ad shows. We do not promise a figure; we build the page that gives the ad its best chance.

Fast also means user-friendly on the phone a buyer is actually holding: large tap targets, readable text without zooming, and a form that works with a thumb. That matters for visitors from ads, search and referrals alike.

Q2700:40:00Q and A

Questions about specific features

What does the AI Engine actually do?

On Showtime and Encore, a missed call is texted back automatically within a minute so the inquiry does not go to the next planner on the list, and a chat widget on the site answers common questions about your services and availability. You review every script before launch, and the agent hands off anything that needs a human decision.

How is AI usage billed?

AI usage on Showtime and Encore is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, on top of the flat monthly fee. There is no markup and no separate setup charge.

What does the AI receptionist say when it answers a call?

Only what is in the scripts you approved before launch. On Showtime and Encore it answers questions about your services and process, takes the inquiry details you asked for and books a call into your calendar. It is configured not to give professional advice or commit you to a date or a price, and it hands those to a person.

Do you handle the text messaging registration?

Yes. Business texting in the United States needs A2P 10DLC carrier registration, and we file it for you. Carrier fees are passed through at cost. Your forms carry consent wording for text messages written with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in mind, and you remain responsible for consent, opt-out and record keeping for your own messages.

What do the weekly articles actually cover?

Sourced, event-industry topics written for your service area and event types: planning timelines, venue considerations, seasonal comparisons and the questions your buyers search before they ever fill in a form. Every plan includes at least 2 a week, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, and every figure links to where it came from.

Can we request specific article topics?

Yes. Send topic requests through your client portal at any time and our editorial team works them into the schedule alongside the topics we identify from search demand in your market.

How fast will our site be?

Every page we build and host is guaranteed to score 90+ on Google PageSpeed on mobile and desktop. Pages are custom coded, ship very little JavaScript and are served from Cloudflare's global edge. If a page slips below 90+ because of our work, we fix it at no charge, and we check it on an ongoing basis rather than once at launch.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO is being found and ranked in search results. AEO, answer engine optimization, is being the answer a search engine or voice assistant lifts directly, which comes from answer-first copy and FAQ blocks. GEO, generative engine optimization, is being cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, which comes from consistent facts, structured data and an llms.txt file. Every site we build is set up for all three.

Do you build location pages for the cities we work in?

Yes, for the markets you genuinely serve. Each gets its own page crossed with the event types you run there, written about that market rather than a template with the city swapped, because thin copied pages get filtered by search engines. We never create a page for a city you do not work in.

Can you guarantee we appear in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?

No one can. What we do is make it more likely: plain, consistent facts about your business on every page, answer-first copy, FAQ blocks, structured data and an llms.txt file that describes your site. What we do guarantee is local ranking: your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, or we continue the search work at no extra charge.

Is the site accessible?

It is built with WCAG 2.2 AA in mind: sufficient color contrast, keyboard-usable menus and forms, alt text on images, readable text sizes and support for reduced motion. That helps you meet what the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) expects of a business website. No build can promise full compliance on its own, and content you add later also matters, so we check changes as we make them.
