A multi-city event company website with a real page for every market

A multi-city event company website earns its keep by giving each market you serve its own page, because a single "we serve the whole region" paragraph gives a search engine nothing specific to rank for a city-level search.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Q0200:02:00Notes

Signs your current site is costing you inquiries

  • Your site says "serving the whole region" and ranks in none of it.

  • You have a team or partners in several cities but one generic contact page.

  • Inquiries do not tell you which market they came from.

  • Competitors with a local office outrank you in cities you work in every month.

Q0300:04:00Casting

Who multi-city event company website is for

Answer: Event companies that plan or produce in more than one city or state, such as a planner working Texas and Florida or a production company touring conferences across Illinois, Georgia and Arizona, and need to be found locally in each market.

Q0400:06:00Detail

One page per market, crossed with your event types

A company that runs weddings in three cities and corporate events in two of them needs pages that reflect that, not one page per city trying to cover every event type at once. We build market pages crossed with your actual event-type offering in each location.

  • A page per city or region you genuinely serve

  • Crossed with the event types you offer there

  • Local proof, drawn from events you actually ran in that market

Q0500:08:00Detail

No fabricated service areas

A market gets a page because you genuinely work there, never because it might help a ranking. We build pages from the list you give us during onboarding and expect that list to reflect real coverage.

Q0600:10:00Detail

A structure that scales as you add markets

Adding a new city or region later is a standard revision: send the market, the event types you plan to offer there, and any early proof, and the page is built and live within 2 to 5 working days.

What event business owners say

  • We took the wording about event production briefs seriously, and I am glad we did. It is accurate about the process and careful not to promise what only a conversation can settle. Correcting the site's accidental promises is no longer part of our calls.

Got: Service scope and expectations for event production briefs (Load-In)

  • Our old event production briefs routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.

  1. Order

    Choose a plan

First month charged; the $697 build fee is not.

Q1100:20:00Scope

What is not included

Answer: we build and run the website. The events themselves, payments and photography stay with you and the platforms you already use.

  • Planning, producing or running your events, and any permits, vendors or logistics.
  • Processing ticket, table or donation payments: those pages link to the platform you already use.
  • Photography and video shoots: we build with the photos and footage you send.
  • Anything outside your plan, unless agreed in writing before work starts.

Q1200:22:00Guarantee

What is guaranteed, and what happens if we miss it

Answer: you pay the build fee only after approving the live site, every page is guaranteed 90+ on PageSpeed, local ranking is guaranteed within 3 to 5 months with free continued work if it is missed, and your domain and content stay yours. All sales are final otherwise, and the conditions are printed under each promise.

  • The $697 build fee comes after you approve

Nothing is charged for the build until your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged at all.

Condition: Due within 7 days of the invoice once you have approved the live site.

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

On mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis. If a page slips below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Condition: Does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.

  • Local ranking within 3 to 5 months

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within that window of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

Condition: Covers your area and your services, not terms outside them. The remedy is the work, not a refund.

  • You keep your domain and your content

The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

Condition: Design and code stay ours; your words, photos and domain stay yours.

The full wording is in the terms and conditions and the refund policy.

Questions about multi-city event company website

How many market pages do you build?

One for every city or region you name during onboarding, crossed with the event types you offer there. There is no fixed limit; more markets means more pages.

Do you claim a service area we do not actually cover?

No. A market page is only built for places you genuinely serve, and we do not fabricate coverage to chase a ranking.

Can we add a new market after launch?

Yes, as a standard revision, turned around within 2 to 5 working days once you send the market and event types offered there.

Does each market page need its own portfolio?

It needs its own proof, which can be a subset of your main portfolio filtered to that market rather than an entirely separate gallery.

Do location pages actually bring in local inquiries?

When each page is genuinely about that market, its venues, seasons and the events you run there, it gives search engines a specific page to rank for local searches. Thin pages with only the city name swapped tend to be filtered out, so we never build those.

Can inquiries route to the team in each city?

Yes. Each market page can carry its own form routing, so an inquiry goes to the person who covers that city.

Do you need an office address in each city?

No. Market pages describe where you work, not where you have an office. We never invent an address, and your Google Business Profile should only list real locations.

How many states can one site cover?

As many as you genuinely serve. Each market is a page and adding one later is a single revision.
