Corporate event agency website design built for a business buyer, not a wedding guest

Corporate event agency website design works when the site gives a procurement contact capabilities, case studies and logistics proof in the format a business buyer expects, which is a different design brief entirely from a consumer-facing event site.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Q0200:02:00Casting

Who corporate event agency website design is for

Answer: Corporate event agencies, conference producers and DMCs whose buyers are procurement teams, executive assistants and marketing managers who need to justify a shortlist internally.

Q0300:04:00Notes

Signs your current site is costing you inquiries

  • Your site looks like a wedding planner site and corporate buyers do not take it seriously.

  • You cannot show scale, formats or past clients in a way a buyer can forward.

  • Every RFP response starts from scratch.

  • Your leadership team is invisible online.

Q0400:06:00Detail

Designed around what a procurement team forwards internally

A corporate buyer often has to forward your site or a proposal internally before a decision is made. The design prioritizes a capabilities page and case studies that stand on their own, in language a colleague unfamiliar with your work can still understand.

Q0500:08:00Detail

Proof of scale, not just proof of taste

A photo gallery shows what an event looked like; a corporate buyer also wants to know the scale you can handle. Design includes attendee counts, AV capability and format range, presented plainly rather than buried in paragraph copy.

  • Scale and capability shown clearly, not just implied

  • Team and leadership pages for credibility

  • Case studies written for internal forwarding

Q0600:10:00Detail

A design that still loads fast under a corporate network

Corporate visitors are often on a managed network with stricter content filtering and sometimes slower throughput. Every page is custom coded and lightweight, with a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee, so the site performs consistently regardless of where the visitor is browsing from.

What is guaranteed, and what happens if we miss it

Answer: you pay the build fee only after approving the live site, every page is guaranteed 90+ on PageSpeed, local ranking is guaranteed within 3 to 5 months with free continued work if it is missed, and your domain and content stay yours. All sales are final otherwise, and the conditions are printed under each promise.

  • The $697 build fee comes after you approve

Nothing is charged for the build until your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it. If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged at all.

Condition: Due within 7 days of the invoice once you have approved the live site.

  • 90+ PageSpeed on every page we build

On mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis. If a page slips below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Condition: Does not cover changes you or third parties make, or content published against our advice.

  • Local ranking within 3 to 5 months

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within that window of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

Condition: Covers your area and your services, not terms outside them. The remedy is the work, not a refund.

  • You keep your domain and your content

The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we transfer it at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

Condition: Design and code stay ours; your words, photos and domain stay yours.

The full wording is in the terms and conditions and the refund policy.

Q1500:28:00Q and A

Questions about corporate event agency website design

Can the design include a leadership or team page?

Yes, and for a corporate buyer it often matters, since procurement teams look for the people behind the proposal, not only the portfolio.

Do you design around a specific event format, like incentive travel?

Yes, as its own page written for that format's logistics and proof points, alongside your other event-type pages.

Can we keep some case studies confidential?

Yes, we write anonymized versions describing scale and format wherever a named client is not appropriate to publish.

Is the design different from a wedding planner site?

Substantially. The proof a corporate buyer needs, scale, format range and process, is different from what a couple looks for, so the page structure and copy are built separately for each.

What do corporate buyers look for on an event agency website?

Proof of scale and formats they need, case studies they can forward, the people who will run their event, clear process and security basics, and a simple way to request a proposal. The design puts those first.

Can the site support several event formats?

Yes. Conferences, incentive trips, product launches, hybrid events and internal meetings can each get their own page.

Will it work on a corporate network?

Pages are light and served from Cloudflare's edge, with no heavy scripts, which helps on managed networks with stricter filtering.

Can we add case studies every month?

Yes. Each new case study is one revision, completed within 2 to 5 working days, with 5 revisions included every month.
